Palworld Breeding Calculator (1.0)

Pick two parents to see exactly what hatches — or pick the Pal you want and get every combination that makes it. Built on the 1.0 combination table, not the outdated Early Access charts.

Built on the Palworld 1.0 combination table (287 Pals, game-file data). Early Access charts no longer work — 1.0 rewrote breeding.

How to use the breeding calculator

Forward mode: select Parent 1 and Parent 2, then calculate. The result is the exact species that will hatch in Palworld 1.0 — the same pairing always gives the same species. Reverse mode: select your target Pal to list every parent combination that produces it, sorted with the easiest pairs first, so you can plan the shortest route from Pals you can actually catch.

How breeding works in Palworld 1.0

Place one male and one female Pal in a Breeding Farm and add Cake. After a while the pair produces an egg; put the egg in an Egg Incubator to hatch it. The child's species comes from the game's combination table — our full breeding guide explains how passive skills and IVs pass down, and why chain breeding is the real endgame. For the pairs that break the normal rules, see the special combinations chart.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is this Palworld breeding calculator?

It reads the same combination table the game uses, extracted from Palworld 1.0 game files. Pick any two parents and the child shown is the Pal that will hatch; pick a target and every valid parent pair is listed.

Did Palworld 1.0 change breeding combinations?

Yes. The 1.0 update (10 July 2026) rewrote the combination table and added 72 new Pals. Combinations from Early Access charts frequently produce a different Pal now, which is why this calculator was rebuilt on 1.0 data.

How do I breed a specific Pal?

Use the reverse lookup: select the Pal you want and the calculator lists every parent combination, sorted so the easiest pairs (lowest rarity parents) come first. Then breed or catch those parents and put them in a Breeding Farm with Cake.

What is a breeding rank?

Every Pal has a breeding rank in the 1.0 data. Stronger, rarer Pals have lower rank numbers — Anubis sits at rank 480, while common early Pals like Lamball are far higher. Ranks explain why some children need high-tier parents.

Can two Pals of the same species breed?

Yes — same-species pairs always produce that species. This 'breed-true' pairing is how you merge the best passive skills from two parents onto one bloodline.
