1. Start by catching any Flying Pals that you want to ride.
2. After that, you have to unlock the saddle for your pals in the technology tree.
3. Next, you have to build a Pal Gear Workbench, and then you need to add the saddle to your key items.
4. Now you have to place your pal or mount on the saddle in your party.
5. Likewise, you have to summon the pals and then hold the special ability to ride.

Saddles do appear in the Tech Tree as a potential research option after you have caught them. As mentioned, the Most Flushing Mount tends to be the boss in the game that’s marked when you get close to it.
